We've had a great experience using Method. The service has been consistently reliable, and the platform itself is accessible and user-friendly. Communication with the team has been smooth—our questions are always answered promptly, and any issues we’ve encountered have been resolved efficiently. The base features of Method CRM seem, at first blush, to provide a solid basis from which to manage your customer relationship efforts. Of course, it will take a little getting used to, but it seems as though it’s well laid out, relatively intuitive, and simple to navigate. We will be requesting a few custom Integrations to help our process run smoother, but the fact that those are available is a definite plus.
Update: We had a list of five initial Customization and/or featureintegration requests. Of those 53 were already available modules while the other two would take some customization. We are currently waiting for a bid on the cost of those customizations.
I’ve only had the software for a few days and I’m currently diving in to see and use some of the more in-depth features of the software.
That said, when I have had questions or inquiries that needed to be answered, they were swiftly resolved once I got to a human CSR. Every representative I’ve spoken with has been kind, patient, and very knowledgeable to the level of their position (i.e.: I’m not expecting a customer service representative to have all the answers about the customization process, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the default settings are a little bit difficult to get used to as they don't fit our needs. Most are minor while others are more bothersome adlnd extraneous. I’m told that the customization route could resolve some of these issues so I’m hoping that is the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great way to capture new leads, track opportunities and simple ways to keep things on track by creating activities to help remember to follow up with opportunities - has already saved me from losing 2 opportunities to neglect (forgetfulness). Very easy to use. I use it daily. Love that I can use this anywhere I am as long as I have internet i can check my leads. That it doesn’t have everything a business needs. Like the financial side, and payroll, and employee hr and clock in benefits. Companies need an ALL in one system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our business is very unique. Custom production per order that requires communication in several departments and multiple stages to complete each item on an order. We're not quite manufacturing, not driven on purchase orders, not based on customer communications and Method CRM is so adaptable to our needs. It is extremely easy to implement the service and integrate with Quickbooks Desktop (where MANY softwares won't). The customizations are ENDLESS so we can certainly see how it can grow with our business as we fine-tune and get comfortable with eliminating our paper trails of everything, everywhere! When a customer calls we can quickly see the status of tracked activities, where we are at with a project, and the communications log between multiple employees and the customer. Method'd customer support has been outstanding. Their help center, video tutorials, live chat, expert consultants... everyone has been so very professional, helpful and intuitive. Nothing. The customization platform is different than i am used to, but it is very much like Excel so once you understand how it works you can really get an idea of the endless possibilities of how it can be adapted to serve you. I haven't scratched the surface yet and it has been well worth the efforts and initial stress of making a change in our old routines.
One suggestion would be to find a type of way to implement Quickbooks Desktop Intuit Payments. If there was a way to allow our customers to make payments on the Portal using our desktop payments link or similar it would put the cherry on the cake! For now we have created a credit card authorization form at the time of signing and accepting the estimate and this allows us to process manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Method is how easy it is to manage leads and customer information, and being able to have everything related to that customer (invoices, estimates, proposals) in one place, where everyone can have access to.
The fact that it syncs to quick books in real time is a real added value for our company!
And whatever questions we have, their support team are just an email away, and are always ready to have quick calls with us to show us around when needed, or discuss features and how they can be used.

This program is well thought out and has many features to help grow your business. It seems well suited for a company with multiple sales people and will help maintain communication between the staff.
It can easily work with Quickbooks though the sync is not quite as quick as they lead you to expect. Information imported from Quickbooks often needs editing in Method to make it most useful in this program.

The program is not intuitive and requires instruction to use it to its maximum functionality. The process of customizing can be overwhelming because of the level of detail in the process.
I wish things were simplified so that tasks did not require as many clicks as they currently do. Often you have to open 3-4 levels of screen to edit one thing.
FAQ/ help doesn't always turn up results that relate to the question so you have to contact customer support which is a lengthy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once you familiarize yourself with the CRM's structure, you can use the help videos/knowledgebase and YouTube to start creating your own apps within the CRM and designing them to your specific needs. The support team provides an hour of free customization, and they are great to work with!
Integration with QB Desktop was a must for us - works great and updates immediately.
Depending on the apps one needs, this CRM was easy and fast to start and implement. We use it daily, it is the first we open each day ... We do not use the calendar feature. We use the contacts, activities, and a couple of customized apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
